Step 1: Today's Run Sheet

Check your morning customer delivery run sheet. Each card has the customer flat number, address, phone number, and special delivery notes (e.g. ring bell, leave at door).

In "Update Status", select Customer Absent or Skipped. The order will be logged as skipped so inventory reconciles accurately at the store.

When marking an order Delivered, tap Capture Photo to take a photo of the packet at the doorstep or in the customer milk bag. The customer can review this photo immediately on their app.

Yes! Check Pending Collections to see who owes monthly dues. If a customer pays you cash at the doorstep, report the collection to the store admin so their bill is marked as paid.
